Doors of Hope Transition Ministries helps struggling families in Lafayette County with a comprehensive program that offers self-reliance and stability through life-skilles training, mentoring and supportive housing. They developed from a homeless task force in Lafayette County to address the needs of the homeless in our community and received its nonprofit status in June 2011.
